[Protagonist (Remember to upload reference image)] A sexy young woman preparing to wash up and go to bed in front of her bathroom sink. 
[00:00-00:06] Shot 1: Normalcy. Scene: In front of a regular large bathroom mirror. Action: The protagonist is brushing her teeth, mouth full of foam. She makes various funny faces at the mirror while brushing (winking and squinting). Key Detail: The reflection in the mirror is completely normal and synchronized with her actions. 
[00:06-00:11] Shot 2: The Glitch. Action: The protagonist finishes brushing, spits out the foam, and turns to leave the bathroom. High-Energy Moment (Core Plot Point): Just as the protagonist's real body turns and leaves the mirror frame, the “reflection” in the mirror **does not move**! The “reflection” remains in the brushing posture, even smirking and raising an eyebrow at the camera, staying for a full 2 seconds before suddenly “screen glitching” in panic to catch up with the body's action and disappear. Director's Note: Must create an extremely realistic sense of “network delay,” giving the reflection a feeling of independent consciousness. 
[00:11-00:15] Shot 3: The Punchline. Action: The protagonist, who has reached the door, seems to sense something is wrong and quickly turns back to look at the mirror. Result: The mirror has completely returned to normal, empty, only reflecting the opposite wall. The protagonist looks confused and scared, glances around the room, and shows a horrified expression. The frame freezes on the protagonist's bewildered face (horror movie effect).
